Each Beginner class is designed to build a strong foundation, gradually introducing more complex movements at a comfortable pace. You'll gain confidence and skill as you become familiar with the Reformer, the equipment, and core Pilates techniques. Expires after 28 days.
All packages start from the date you attend your first class using the package. All packages are non-extendable, classes must be used within the specified time period as stated.
