Terms & Conditions

Sessions&Access

By signing the Registration/Waiver form, an individual becomes a member of the studio, provided they comply with these Terms and Conditions. Membership approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or decline to renew membership if a member’s behaviour is found to be harmful to the studio's environment or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. This includes — but is not limited to —threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff or clients, physical or verbal abuse, or disruptions during Reformer Pilates sessions. Membership may also be terminated if deemed necessary for the well-being of other members. In such cases, the individual will forfeit all membership or session pass benefits and will not be eligible for a refund for the duration of their suspension.

Occasionally, the studio may run introductory promotional offers, either directly or through third parties (e.g., Groupon/Class Pass).

7SculptStudios Limited also reserves the right to cancel any unlimited session pass or membership if it is misused—such as repeated no-shows or booking sessions without intending to attend. In such cases, no refunds will be given, online booking access will be revoked, and all future bookings will be cancelled.

Booking & Cancellations

Member-Managed Bookings
All session bookings and cancellations must be handled directly by members via their online accounts.

Activation and Validity of Sessions/Packages
Single sessions and packages are activated on the date of purchase. Each comes with a defined validity period, which is the member’s responsibility to track and ensure aligns with their intended usage.

Non-Extendable Sessions/Packages
All sessions and packages are strictly non-extendable and must be used within their stated validity period.

Extensions Due to Injury or Illness
If a member is unable to use their sessions within the validity period due to injury or illness, an extension may be granted at the discretion of management. A written medical confirmation must be provided at the onset of the condition.

Recurring Medical Conditions
For recurring injuries or medical issues, only one extension will be permitted. Members should consider this before purchasing a session pass.

Introductory Offer Restrictions
Introductory offers are only available to new clients. Individuals who have previously attended a session or currently hold a session pass are not eligible.

Responsibility for Session Usage
The Company is not responsible for sessions that go unused or expire due to incorrect usage. All sessions and packages are non-transferable and must be used by the purchasing member only.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a session for rebooking, members must cancel sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations will result in the session being deducted from the pass without refund.

Email Cancellations
Cancellations requested via email may not be processed in time. Members must use the online booking system to cancel or reschedule sessions in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Waiting List Policy
Members must have valid sessions or a payment method on file to join a waiting list. Unpaid or unconfirmed reservations will be automatically removed.

Refund Policy
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payments

Session Prices and Pass Information
Current pricing and session pass details are available on our website at www.7sculptstudios.co.uk or directly from the studio. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.

Session Usage
Purchasing a session or session pass entitles the member to attend sessions exclusively offered by this Company. It does not grant access to sessions at other Reformer Pilates studios, even if similarly branded or affiliated.

Refund and Transfer Policy
Unless required by law, all payments—including those for individual sessions, session passes, monthly subscriptions, gift cards, and annual memberships—are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Any exceptions will be clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Direct Debits/Standing Orders

Applicability
This section applies solely to members enrolled in an unlimited sessions plan paid via monthly direct debit or standing order (referred to as the "Subscription").

Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are payable as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, regardless of how frequently the facilities are used.

Notice of Fee Changes
Members will be provided with a minimum of 30 days' written notice before any increase in Subscription fees takes effect.

Minimum Subscription Period
Subscriptions are subject to an initial commitment period of either 3 or 12 months (the “Minimum Subscription Period”) from the date of the first payment. Cancellations are not permitted during this period.

Cancellation After Minimum Period
Following the Minimum Subscription Period, members may cancel their Subscription by submitting a written request to the Studio Manager. A minimum of 30 days’ notice from the desired cancellation date is required. Members remain liable for one final monthly payment during this notice period.

Non-Transferable Membership
Memberships are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to others. Any attempt to share or lend a membership will result in immediate termination without refund.

Responsibility for Unpaid Subscriptions
If a member fails to pay or cancels before the end of the Minimum Subscription Period, they remain liable for the full amount owed. Cancelling a direct debit or standing order does not constitute valid cancellation of the agreement.

Cancelling Payment Instructions
Members are responsible for cancelling their direct debit or standing order with their bank once their Subscription has ended. The Company is not liable for any additional payments made due to the member's failure to cancel these instructions.

Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a Subscription, the member authorizes the Company to charge any credit or debit card provided for any monthly fees or outstanding balances. This authorisation is unconditional and irrevocable and may be exercised without prior notice if payment via the primary method fails.

General Terms

Following Studio Guidelines
To keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone has a great experience, we ask all members to follow our studio guidelines and any reasonable requests from the team.

Keeping Your Info Updated
If you move or change your email address, please let us know in writing. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume any messages sent to your last known email address were received within 5 days.

Entry Rights
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the studio if needed.

Third-Party Rights
Only the person who signed the Registration Form has rights under it—others can’t enforce any part of the agreement.

Email Communication
If you agree to receive emails from us, please note that email isn't always 100% secure. We’re not responsible for any issues or losses that come from email communications.

Limitations Of Liability

Service & Equipment Availability
Sometimes equipment or services might be unavailable, and while we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, we’re not responsible if something isn’t available. We may make changes to the studio or facilities without notice, and we're not liable for any inconvenience or loss—unless required by law.

Your Health & Safety
It’s up to you to make sure you’re fit and healthy enough to take part in classes or use the equipment. You take part at your own risk, so we recommend checking with your doctor if you’re unsure.

Liability For Injury or Illness
We do everything we can to keep you safe, but we’re not responsible for any injury, illness, or death occurring that may happen while using the studio—unless it’s due to negligence by us or our staff.

Personal Belongings & Liability
Please keep an eye on your stuff. We're not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, or for any injuries to you or your guests while at the studio—unless the law says otherwise.

Dress Code

We recommend wearing comfortable, supportive activewear that lets you move freely. Sports bras are a good idea, and if you’re wearing shorts, make sure they’re not too loose.

Footwear
All classes are done with grip socks, so please remove your shoes before entering the studio - if you do not have grip socks this can be purchased at the studio.

Socks
For hygiene and safety, socks are required. Grip socks are best—they help prevent slipping and are available to buy at the front desk if you need a pair.

Safety And Hygiene Guidelines

Coming and Going
Please use the main entrance when arriving at or leaving the studio. Fire exits are clearly marked for emergencies only—please don’t use or tamper with them unless there’s an actual emergency.

Fire Safety
If there’s a fire, head to the nearest exit right away. Your safety is our top priority.

Foot Hygiene
If you have a verruca or similar foot condition, please avoid walking barefoot in the studio—for the health and comfort of everyone.

Pets
We love animals, but no pets are allowed in the studio except when Puppy&Pilates Is Hosted - except for guide dogs, of course.

Using the Reformer
Each Reformer has its own setup with everything you’ll need, including training equipment and cleaning supplies.

Cleaning Up
After your class, please take a moment to wipe down your Reformer and any equipment you used, so it’s clean and ready for the next person.

Hand Sanitiser
Hand sanitiser is available at the front desk—feel free to use it before or after your session.

Media Use Policy

Promotional Activities
7 Sculpt Studios may occasionally film or photograph classes for promotional use. By signing the Registration/Waiver form and entering the studio, you’re giving us permission to use any images or footage for marketing and related materials.

Have a Concern?
If you’re uncomfortable with this or have any concerns about being filmed or photographed, please let a member of the team know.

Taking Your Own Photos
You’re welcome to snap a few photos for your social media while at the studio—just be mindful of others and make sure anyone in your shot is okay with it.
